Each individual may hold only one active account on 999cx. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
When registering, you must provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth, contact number and payment details. 999cx may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the identity of an account holder. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process and is required before any withdrawal is processed.
Your 999cx account credentials are your responsibility. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 999cx staff will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from 999cx and requesting your password should be treated as suspicious and reported immediately.
Enable any available account verification features such as OTP confirmation for withdrawals. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.
Accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. 999cx may apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts or close them entirely after appropriate notice. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in effect at that time.
All deposits on 999cx are made and held in PKR. The platform does not apply any currency conversion markup. Funds deposited are credited to your account balance and are available for betting and gaming immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed the KYC identity verification process. Unverified accounts can deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically available. If the original method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made in consultation with the support team and may require additional documentation.

999cx reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any qualifying activity completed up to that point will be assessed fairly and on a case-by-case basis.
All sports betting on 999cx — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, kabaddi and esports markets — is governed by the betting rules in force at the time the bet is placed. These rules cover bet acceptance, settlement, void conditions and in-play restrictions.
999cx reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on markets where unusual activity has been detected. Bet acceptance is not guaranteed and is subject to available liquidity and market status at the time of placement.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic matches, or the International Cricket Council for international fixtures. In the event of a dispute, the result declared by the governing body takes precedence.
A bet may be declared void in any of the following circumstances:
Void bets have the stake returned to the player's account balance. For accumulator bets containing a void selection, the void leg is removed and the remaining legs settle at the revised odds.
In-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key match events — such as wickets falling, reviews, or DRS decisions in cricket. Bets placed during a suspension window that was not clearly indicated to the player may be voided at 999cx's discretion. Once a bet is confirmed during live play, it stands regardless of subsequent match developments, unless a void condition applies.
The 999cx casino section includes slot games, live casino tables and game shows provided by third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available within the game information section.
Live casino games are operated by real dealers and streamed in real time. The rules of each live game are governed by the game provider's published rules, which take precedence over any general description on the 999cx platform. In the event of a disconnection during a casino game, the platform will attempt to complete the round according to the last confirmed game state. Where a round cannot be completed, the bet will be refunded. 999cx is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by your internet connection or device.

Requests to delete account data will be assessed in light of legal retention obligations — certain transaction and identity records may be retained for the periods required by applicable law regardless of a deletion request.

999cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred, where fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform or other users. In cases of suspension, the account holder will be notified and given the opportunity to respond unless the circumstances require immediate action.
999cx may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address associated with their account or via a notification within the platform. Continued use of 999cx after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
